We offer a free consultation (up to one hour) which usually takes place by phone, but can also be by email or Instant Messenger if you prefer. Once we have determined what types of services you need, we can discuss how we will work together and what SOHO It Goes! can help with, put together a project plan with timeline if you have many projects to be coordinated, and settle on what works for you. We will send you our policy statement, which formalizes our mutal understanding of policies, schedule and fees, and explains our responsibilities to each other. When the work has been determined, we will exchange an agreement about the work to be completed, deliverables and times schedule. When this is signed, we are ready to start!
