Put your cell phone on ICE

This info that came out in PC Magazine seemed worth passing along. In the wake of the London bombings, the idea is being promoted of creating an entry in your cell phone for ICE - In Case of Emergency - and listing the person and phone #s you would want called on your behalf. This way emergency personnel can have a way to get in touch with whoever you wish - should it be necessary. And of course, assuming 1) they know this protocol 2) your cell remains with you and 3) it is not in worse shape than you are!

We live in some scary times, and anything our mobile gadgets can do to secure and protect us, I'm all for it.
