avid E. Siegfeld, Esq. graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a B. S. degree, cum laude, with Honors in Economics. He received his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He was admitted subsequently to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Assistant Attorney General in the Charities Bureau in the Office of the Attorney General of New York State. His practice areas include Estate Planning; Estate Administration; Estate Litigation; Business Formation, Planning and Maintenance; Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.
