Case Study : Corporate Identity and Web Development
GOAL: Our client, Becky Lake, is an independent realtor in Charlotte, Michigan. She wanted a new logo, tag line and web site, and ongoing marketing support. STRATEGY: The logo and tag line needed to indicate that she was a realtor, and emphasize her friendly, personal and expert attention to each of her clients. The first thing we did was brainstorm lots of tagline ideas, using our process for doing so, and settled on "showing you the way home" which has double meaning in this case. With a tagline chosen, we worked on a number of logo ideas, until ultimately settling on one which supported the overall brand identity, and would work on anything from a billboard to a business card. This is the web version, with a slight three dimensional effect. Next, work began on the web site. She wanted to enhance her professional appearance with a site which was warm and inviting, classy yet comfortable. Her goal was to provide not only listings but other local resources for the people in her community.
