Case Study : Web Site Design with Real Estate Listing Manager

GOAL: TechValley Homes Real Estate wanted to have a new logo and redesign their web site. The project was to re-brand the company with a logo the client already had determined, but needed executed, and create a new web site with the existing content. Our job was to assess the already content rich site, and create a new and more user friendly architecture for all current and future content, as well as develop a consistent professional design interface that reflected the diversity of New York's Tech Valley region.
STRATEGY: We chose to use photographs to depict the many elements of the region which make it so appealing and selected a combination of photos we'd taken ourselves and some provided by local organizations. The company had already developed a brand around the color scheme of green and gold, so the new logo and web site reflected those colors. The client already had a listing manager, java calculators and virtual tours in place, as well as an extensive number of resources and reports; all of which we modified to be consistent with the new interface. The entire redesign was complete in less than 6 weeks.
